State and local officials gathered on the site of the Curtis Apartments in Worcester, MA to mark the groundbreaking for the first phase of a multi-phase redevelopment by Trinity Financial, Inc. As architects for the project, DHK developed an overall plan for the 6+ acre site and is designing the first five buildings which will 279 units of new housing as well as a library and economic opportunity center.
