This 240-unit residential community was permitted under the Massachusetts Article 40B regulations that promote the development of affordable housing throughout the State. It consists of ten residential buildings that contain 24 units each with a mix of one and two bedroom flats, a clubhouse and various accessory buildings.
The residential buildings are all 3-story walk-ups with a slab on grade and wood frame construction. The clubhouse is a single story building that contains a leasing office, meeting room, exercise room and bathrooms and overlooks an outdoor pool.
