Waverly Homes is a scattered site development that consists of 13 wood-framed residential units developed by Nuestra Comunidad Development Corporation as a “for-sale” project under the auspices of the City of Boston Public Facilities Department. The project is part of the Blue Hill Avenue initiative intended to revitalize residential and commercial areas along one of the city’s major thoroughfares.
Building typologies include semi-detached two family structures and three bedroom townhouses on three separate living levels and detached single family buildings. All units have separate dining rooms, full basements, one-and-a-half baths and front porches and rear decks.
